Getting started

All interested persons are free to browse information about procurements published in the Estonian Public Procurement Register. For submitting an electronic tender both you and your company must be registered in our system and you must be linked to your company.

Estonian citizens can log in with ID cards or mobile ID. Cross-border tenderers are welcome with username and password or also with e-resident's digi-ID.

Please first register yourself by clicking "Enter Procurement Register" and, if no digi-ID is available, choose "New user? Register".

In order to get your company registered, please send the following information to Helpdesk at register@riigihanked.riik.ee:

Company name:
Company registration code (commercial or trade register):
Company's general e-mail address:
Address:
City:
Country:
Postal index:

Helpdesk will register your company, link you to your company and activate your account. You will receive a corresponding notification by e-mail.

After you have received your username and password and linked to your tenderer you can log in. Click on the Procurement Register tab and open tab My Worktable. On My Worktable use the link Procurement search. By default the search retrieves all started procurements (the status of the procurements is "alustatud").  In case you know the reference number of the procurement, clear the fields by the button Clear fields and insert the reference number (public procurement registration number in the Procurement Register) and click on the button Search.

For tender document download please click on the green letter D in the second column from the right or open the procurement and find the worksheet Tender documents. Tick the documents you would like to download and click on the button Download marked documents.

If interested in the procurement, please record your interest by clicking the button Register to the procurement. Only registered persons will receive Contracting Authority's clarifications and automatic notifications, can ask questions and submit e-tenders through the e-procurement environment. You can ask questions from the Contracting Authority on the worksheet Communication.

E-tenders can be submitted by using the worksheet Tenders (possibility marked with a blue letter e). Usually e-tenders must be digitally signed with an Estonian ID-card. In case your company has no representative in Estonia who could digitally sign your tender, you can still submit your tender electronically but without a signature. Please check with the Contracting Authority whether a signed paper version is also required.

In case of questions do not hesitate to contact Helpdesk register@riigihanked.riik.ee.
